When you visit

Netlify hosts this website. Technical information such as your IP address, the request time and requested URL is processed to deliver and secure the site. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Email enquiries

The contact link opens your email app. When you send the message, it goes to info@gutachter-bobb.de. Bobb GmbH uses your email address, message and the business details you include to reply and prepare a quote. These links do not submit a Netlify form. For pre-contractual enquiries we rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and for other enquiries on our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Retention and recipients

We process enquiries in our business mailbox. We delete enquiries once they are no longer needed for follow-up or applicable retention requirements. Hosting via Netlify may involve processing in the United States. You can request information at the contact address above.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, as applicable. Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. Instant checks and business lookup

For instant checks, Netlify processes the entered public URL. Our checker retrieves that page and its crawling rules. Business lookup sends the search term to Wikidata and Photon (OpenStreetMap), and requests listed websites for matching map entries from OpenStreetMap. Please enter public business information. KlarGefunden does not create a results history for these checks. Service providers may keep operational logs. Pasted AI answers, business names in the answer form and quotations are evaluated in your browser. Opening the question in Brave sends the question text to Brave.

Automatic AI check

For the automatic AI check, the Netlify server function processes the business name, service and location. For the selected services, the question about the service and location is sent through Netlify AI Gateway to OpenAI, Google or Anthropic, or through OpenRouter to Perplexity Sonar or Mistral. For Gemini, KlarGefunden sends the question to Exa and provides the search results and excerpts to Google. Mistral uses Exa via OpenRouter. It checks the business name separately against the answers. Enter public business information. KlarGefunden stores a monthly usage count. The results are returned for the current view.

AI reports for customer orders

We store the order identifier, business, website, service, location, question, answers, sources, check times and suggested actions at Netlify to fulfil your order and let you reopen the report using your private link. If your customer account is connected, we match it using the email address on your order. The order service uses a derived value for this comparison. Keep your private link confidential. Contact Bobb GmbH at info@gutachter-bobb.de for access and deletion requests.

Billing information

For invoicing, Bobb GmbH stores the confirmed business name, billing address, business tax ID if applicable, PDF delivery choice, amounts, invoice number and payment date with the order. The completed invoice is stored with the order service on Netlify. It can be accessed through the private order link and by the order administrator. Billing data are processed for contract administration and statutory tax recordkeeping.
